Credit Notes & Exchanges for Change Of Mind
If you return an item to Studio61 Boutique within 14 days we will offer an exchange or credit note. The item must be unworn and unused and returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Please note that by law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, but we do understand that people may experience regret, anxiety or guilt after buying an item, especially if it was expensive.
If you feel you made a mistake with your purchase please get in touch as soon as possible as we want to help you. You must provide proof of purchase, e.g. your receipt.
Refunds for Faulty Goods
You can choose a refund (or exchange) if an item has a problem.
This is when the item has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it, is unsafe, is significantly different from the sample or description or doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
If you choose to keep the item we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will offer to repair the item within a reasonable time. Or you can choose a refund or replacement.
