Studio61 Boutique Consignment Collection Policy

At Studio61 Boutique, we consign items for a period of 8 to 12 weeks (or 16 weeks for luxury items). Once the consignment period ends, we will send a pick-up notification via email, which includes a link to schedule a collection appointment. If items are not collected within a reasonable timeframe of 2 weeks, we will follow up with an additional email or SMS reminder.

Collection Process

All collections must be scheduled via our booking system: book a pick up here.

If you prefer, we can donate your unsold items to a local charity. Alternatively, we offer a buyout option of $10 per item, and the pieces will be placed on our Super Sale Rack. Simply reply to your pick-up notification and let us know if you would like one of these options.

Storage & Responsibility

If items remain uncollected after follow-ups, they will be moved to storage. Once in storage:

Studio61 Boutique assumes no responsibility for loss or damage.

Items must be collected within 3 months from the initial pick-up notification.

Uncollected Items

If items are not collected within 3 months, and unless otherwise agreed in writing, they will be donated to a women’s shelter, charity, or charity shop unless previously arranged.

Final Payment

If there is any money owing, final payouts will be processed only after you have collected your unsold items. This allows us to properly close out your consignment batch.
